Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hivorn is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Hivorn is not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

However, if your product itself is defective or arrives with functional damage, please email us at help@hivorn.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing a claim.

SECTION 7 - UNACCEPTIVE DELIVERIES
If you do not accept delivery, you will be responsible for the costs of returning and processing the products. If a package is ready for collection because you were absent and you do not collect it within the specified time period, this will be considered a refusal of the order.

SECTION 8 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Hivorn, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received

  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

Return Process

  • Any supporting evidence (photos/videos, if applicable)

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns to ensure secure delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Return Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed after approval.

  • The cost of the return label is the customer's responsibility.

  • This return policy applies to transactions made in USD. Any refund will be automatically converted to your local currency, if applicable, by your payment provider.

Exchanges
