Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in
All original accessories, instructions, and packaging must be included
There is no charge for returning items to our warehouse.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service at help@hivorn.com with the following information:
Your order number
Reason for return
Any supporting evidence (photos/videos if available)
We recommend using a shipping tracking service for all returns to ensure safe delivery.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We also do not accept returns if the item has been damaged or defective by the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift certificates for returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the existing item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at help@hivorn.com .

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at help@hivorn.com .
