Order
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
To change your shipping address, please e-mail the updated address to help@hivorn.com Please include your order number and correct address.
Once the order ships, we can no longer change the address. You will have to contact the shipping company directly. If this is the case, contact our support team and, they will assist you.
All cancelation requests must be made asap. Once you've received the e-mail stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
